General Policies

Medical Condition. It is important you share any known medical condition and/or prescription medications you take before any treatments begin as some products and services may be contra-indicated. We are committed to a clean and sterile environment. Your health, safety and hygiene is a priority and we sanitize all equipment and tools prior to each and every treatment.

Appointments and Cancellations. Call ahead for appointments. Same day appointments could be available due to cancellations. We ask that you give us as much advance notification as possible to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations or no shows are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Fees and Promotions. Fees are subject to change. Special discounts and coupons may not be combined.

Other General Policies. Children 15 years-old or younger must be accompanied by an adult. Please leave unnecessary valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost of stolen items.
